Hi friends,

One thing I hear all the time from creators or anyone in this freelance biz is:

“I know I should probably talk to someone… but therapy is expensive.”

Or, “I don’t even know where to start.”

So we built something to help.

Through Creators 4 Mental Health and Revive Health Therapy, we’re launching our first CreatorCare virtual group therapy cohort, starting March 19.

This program is designed specifically for people working in the creator economy.

Why group therapy?

Because so many of the challenges creators face like burnout, algorithm stress, income uncertainty, online criticism are shared experiences. Being in a small group with people who understand the industry can make support feel a lot less isolating.

Here’s how the program works:

• Virtual weekly sessions

• 6-week program

• $35 per session (paid upfront)

• Small group of 8–10 creators

• Open to California-based creators or those working in the creator economy

We have a few spots still open for this first cohort.

If you’ve been thinking about getting support, this could be a great place to start.

You can learn more and sign up HERE.

And if this isn’t for you but you know a creator who could benefit, please consider sharing it with them.

Let’s keep taking care of ourselves and each other.
